QUOTATIONS: Are valid for no more than 30 days unles limited or extended by a director of Henri Picard & Frere Ltd. Prices quoted on telephone, Fax, Letter or on the Price list are Ex-Works and are exclusive of Packing, insurance, carriage & VAT.

PRICES: On the price list or the online catalogue are subject to alteration without prior notification and unless a prior quotation has been made, all goods will be invoiced at the prices ruling at the date of despatch. If after the receipt and acknowledgement of a purchase order, the price of a product has to be altered (or was shown in error), then the vendor will seek confirmation from the purchaser before commencing delivery.

SETTLEMENT TERMS: New customers will be offered Proforma Terms. 2 Trade references should be supplied to open or reopen the Account. For existing Customers our terms are strictly Nett 30 days from the date of the invoice.

TITLE: Goods remain the property of Henri Picard & frere Ltd until paid for.

SPECIAL ORDERS: We reserve the right to stipulate Proforma terms and to make a cancellation charge if Special goods are ordered and then cancelled.

MINIMUM ORDERS: There is a minimum of £ 10.00 and we reserve the right to stipulate minimum pack quantities of particular products if appropriate.

CARRIAGE: For the UK, orders of more than £ 50.00 and / or 1.5 kg will be despatched using the 48 hours Parcel Force system. Goods of this value or weight sent using the Standrd Parcel post service by Specific request will be at Customers own risk. We will NOT take responsability for these goods and will expect to be paid for them even if they are lost in transit. "NEXT DAY" deliveries will only be made on special request. We do not accept liability for contingent loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery or failure to deliver.

SPECIAL DOCUMENTATION: We reserve the right to charge extra for Certificates of conformity, Insurance Certificates, Export Certificates, Special packaging, Marking and Bar codes.

CLAIMS: Complaints about discrepancies in the quantity, Quality or Nature of the goods delivered must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Faulty goods will be replaced up to 6 months after delivery, but not if the fault is due to an inexpert repair or improper use.

RETURNS: Goods ordered in error must be returned post paid within 14 days.

TRADE DESCRIPTIONS ACT: Every effort is made to ensure that all types of information given to a purchaser is correct. We accept no contingent liabilties arising form errors & omissions.
